An invitation that keeps your guest list for you
With most digital invitations, a guest clicks "I'm coming" and that's where it ends. Then you copy the answers into your own spreadsheet, one by one.
Here the RSVP goes straight into your guest list. You see how many adults and children are coming and who hasn't replied yet, and anyone who has said yes you can seat at a table right away in the seating plan.
On WhatsApp it looks like a real invitation
When you send the link, WhatsApp and Viber don't show a jumble of letters and numbers. They show a picture of the invitation with your names and date. Your guests know exactly what they're opening.
Sending printed invitations too? Put the QR code from the app on them. A guest scans it with their phone and RSVPs in the same minute.
Behind the invitation, a whole website
The button on the invitation leads to a wedding website in the same design: a countdown, your story, the schedule of the day, locations and answers to the questions everyone asks. Guests can suggest a song there, take a quiz about you and leave a message in the guestbook.
Questions about digital invitations
- Is the digital invitation really free?
- Yes. All nine designs, sending and RSVPs are free, however many guests you invite. No card needed, and there's no trial that runs out.
- How many guests can I invite?
- As many as you like. There's no limit on the number of guests or on how many times you send it.
- How do I send the digital invitation to my guests?
- Copy the link and send it on WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger or by email, to a group or to each person separately. Guests don't install anything or create an account.
- How do guests RSVP?
- The invitation has a button that takes them to the RSVP. A guest types their name and how many are coming, and if you want, their meal choice and allergies too. The RSVP goes straight into your guest list and the numbers add up on their own.
- Can I add my own photo and change the text?
- Yes. You add a photo with one click. The invitation text is already written, so you just edit it or delete it.
- Can I change the design after I've sent the invitation?
- You can. The link stays the same, and guests see the new design the next time they open it.
- Some of our guests don't speak Croatian. Can they read the invitation in English?
- Yes, in English, Spanish and German. Guests pick their language themselves, or you set it next to their name so the invitation opens in their language straight away. You don't have to translate anything.
- Can anyone on the internet see the invitation?
- No. Only people who have the link can see it. The invitation isn't public and doesn't show up on Google.
- Does it work for a birthday or a christening too?
- It does. The invitation and its text adapt to the type of celebration.
