A guest list that does the work

What matters is what a guest list needs to do: that the two of you can keep it together, that it updates itself when someone says they can't come, and that at the end it gives you the number you hand to the restaurant.
What you get
- A guest list with adults and children, in groups
- Guests open a link and RSVP themselves, with no copying over on your part
- The numbers add up on their own: how many are coming, waiting or have cancelled
- A seating plan: drag a guest to a table and see how many seats are left
- A printout of the list by table and a floor plan of the venue, for the restaurant
- A free Excel template if you'd still rather use a spreadsheet
Why not a notebook or your messages
A list in a notebook is fine until the replies start coming in. Then the copying out begins, and the number the restaurant wants is never certain, because you don't know whether your aunt replied before or after you last copied it out.
Here every guest has their own link. When they reply, the list updates itself for you and your partner, in the same second.
What it costs
Today, nothing. No card, nothing to install, you open it in your browser and get going. If that ever changes, it will say so here in advance.
Everything else is in the planner
The guest list is one part of planning. The IDo wedding planner has 192 pages and takes you from the first ideas to what comes after the wedding. It is written in Croatian.
