What your guests see

Wedding RSVP on a phone: the guest enters their name, the number of adults and children, their meal and any allergies
This is what a guest sees on their phone when they open your link.

The guest opens the link on their phone. They see your names, the date and two big buttons: I'm coming or I can't make it. They enter how many adults and how many children are coming, their names if they like, and they can leave a message too. No sign-up and no app to download.

Two ways, you choose

One link for everyoneis the easiest. Send it to a WhatsApp group or pop it in a message and you're done.

A personal link for each guestgoes on your list, one for each person. The guest doesn't type their name, the reply goes straight to them. That sorts out the two Annas and three Johns who would otherwise get mixed up.

And the ones who don't use a phone

When Grandma tells you in person, you add her reply by hand. Every guest has three buttons: coming, not coming and awaiting reply. One tap and it's done. Online RSVPs and the replies you enter yourself live on the same list.

What you get

The numbers add up on their own: how many are coming, how many aren't, how many haven't replied yet. The traffic light at the top of the list shows it at a glance, and clicking a colour shows you just that group.

Once an hour you get an email summing up who has replied. Not a hundred emails for a hundred guests, but one summary. You can also switch the notifications off.

Meals and allergies

If you turn on meal choices, guests pick what they'll eat when they RSVP and can note an allergy. That's exactly what the restaurant asks for, and you no longer have to gather it from messages.

Guests from abroad

The page your guests see comes in Croatian, English, Spanish and German, so family who don't read Croatian can RSVP without having to ask.

RSVPs work together with your guest list and seating plan.

Everything else is in the planner

The guest list is one part of planning. The IDo wedding planner has 192 pages and takes you from the first ideas to what comes after the wedding. It is written in Croatian.
