Questions and answers

These are the questions we get asked most. If something is missing here, write to us at info@plans.hr.

Start for freeNo card. Nothing to install. Genuinely free.

Is it really free?

Yes. No card is needed and there is no trial period that runs out. If the price ever changes, it will say so here in advance.

Do I have to install anything?

There's nothing to download. You open the page in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer, and that's it.

How do I log in if I don't have a password?

You enter your email and get a login link. There's no password for you to forget or for someone to steal. The email also has a six-digit code, in case the link doesn't work.

Can I manage the list together with my fiancé or my mum?

That's what the share link is for. Send it to them and they see the same list, without having to open an account of their own.

Can guests RSVP on their own?

That's exactly the idea. RSVPs go through a link you send them. The list updates itself, and you get a summary by email.

Can I make a seating plan?

That's in there too. The seating plan is put together by dragging guests around a drawing of the room, and the finished plan prints out for the venue.

Does it work for birthdays and christenings?

It's not just for weddings. When you start, you choose the type of celebration, and the wording and the to-do list adjust to it.

How many guests can I add?

Up to 500 per celebration. That covers even the biggest weddings.

What happens to my data?

Only you and the people you send the link to can see your list. The data is kept in Europe and is never sold to anyone. It's all in the privacy policy.

Who is behind this?

plans.hr, a Croatian brand that makes the IDo wedding planner, wedding vow booklets, glitter prints and the radosnica (a baby memory book). We built the guest list because it was the biggest hassle, both for us and for the brides who write to us.

Everything else is in the planner

The guest list is one part of planning. The IDo wedding planner has 192 pages and takes you from the first ideas to what comes after the wedding. It is written in Croatian.
